Para enfrentar o mundo VICA (vol\u00e1til, incerto, complexo e amb\u00edguo), a forma\u00e7\u00e3o deve incorporar metodologias inovadoras, como o trabalho em torno de problemas e a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o estruturada das Tecnologias de Informa\u00e7\u00e3o Geogr\u00e1fica (TIG) e do CHAT GPT (IA). A import\u00e2ncia da fase de indu\u00e7\u00e3o profissional (os primeiros anos ap\u00f3s a forma\u00e7\u00e3o) \u00e9 sublinhada como decisiva para a constru\u00e7\u00e3o da identidade docente, exigindo uma maior articula\u00e7\u00e3o e compromisso entre universidades e escolas.
